I give Eric a 5 star review He did an excellent and we love the car. I have been in the car business in various positions. I sold my first car in 1976 and I have everything from a salesman ,a service manager ,sales manager and finance manager As I said I gave Eric a 5star review because he deserved it. On the other hand I give his finance manager a zero star .He was condescending ,unprofessional and incompetent . As I said Eric was great but people like Ash give the car business a bad reputation

A dealership with transparency, absolutely recommended. That's a rare quality you'll find from dealerships nowadays.Victor helped me and I bought a GTR from them. Decent vehicle condition and decent price. The great part is you pay for car price and tax plus a couple hundred bucks of dealership fee, and that's it. There's no other hidden fee or mandatory charges. That's when I knew I could buy from them with confidence So I live in California, bought remotely from them, and I reached out on a Monday and wired the payment to them on that Wednesday.To be honest, they get busy and do forget about stuff sometimes, especially when I was buying from another state. However if you follow up, they still respond and help you get things done eventually. It's understandable and I'd give a 4 star for a cross-state purchase follow up for there's still space to improve, but a 6 star for their honesty and transparency. Averaging that out this is a solid 5-star dealership.

Which for this vehicle will be a very expensive replacement. I’m disappointed it wasn’t disclosed, as I expect a higher end car to have two, even used. Erick was a fantastic sales rep (he gets the 5 stars) and definitely made me feel comfortable with my purchase of a late model Mercedes GL450. The showroom is immaculate and loaded with a beautiful selection of luxury vehicles.The only suggestions I would make for Godspped to consider is to allow a customer to finance through their chosen pre-qualified lender (in my case, I would have preferred to use CapitalOne, but went with the endorsed Credit Union, but I don't mind supporting credit unions) and to figure out a way for clients to drive away with a full tank of gas. The extended warranty seems comprehensive, but time (hopefully not soon) will tell if the coverage is easy to use and not overly restrictive. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality, used high end vehicle... and I definitely would recommend going with Erick.
